Service and repairs
We expect our equipment to give many years of service out in the field. However sometimes it needs repairing. We are still able to repair some of our oldest equipment and occasionally see original Parrot and Phoenix units that are over 20 years old. If equipment is being returned with a known fault, please complete the repair form and give us as much information as possible to speed up the fault-finding process. The completed form must be enclosed with the equipment being returned.
We recommend that our products be serviced and calibrated annually. We can arrange for a courier to collect equipment for servicing if required for a small additional charge. Once we have received the equipment, we will examine it within 2 working days and provide an estimate for the repair.
