After many years of continuous supply, we were recently informed that the battery chargers used in our Parrot and Parrotplus systems will no longer be available.
We have sourced an alternative part which is smaller and provides clearer notifications for charging, charge completion, and battery faults.
We will ship this charger with all new systems and supply it as a replacement for any failed, old-style chargers.
While we are happy with this unit’s charging performance, we have noticed some units buzz slightly when charged while running a speech test. Unfortunately, we can’t prevent this, so we now recommend that the Parrotplus system be unplugged from the charger while the speech test is in progress.
